About Us

LIFEC is a 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to helping the elderly, disabled, and handicapped who are unable to care for themselves but want to remain in their homes. LIFEC navigates the complicated application process. Our team consists of attorneys and educated support staff that is attentive to your needs. We understand that each client has a unique set of circumstances that requires specialized planning. LIFEC will work diligently to create an appropriate plan to meet those needs. Our goal is to work with families and loved ones and never turn someone away because of limited resources. Our fees are determined by a sliding scale based on need. LIFEC has successfully secured approved applications for those in need and for those with considerable net worth at a fraction of the cost others could charge.
